Investments in companies

The development of a joint venture is sometimes pursued by CISMO jointly with a customer. Such cases clearly show that an investment by CISMO is beneficial, because CISMO does not act only as a service provider, but is also responsible for the success of the business venture and has a much stronger commitment towards its customers.

CISMO gladly assumes such responsibility thus committing itself even more strongly to the venture and in this manner contributes substantially to success. An investment by Cismo makes the company part of the CISMOgroup and means that it is more closely involved in discussions and the development process of the CISMOgroup.

At present, CISMO owns a share of 12.95 % of ECRA, 12.6% of OeMAG and 12.6% of RIECADO.
